Regulators
Aeromotive regulators beat the competition with the best of all
worlds: Outstanding, consistent performance from equipment that’s
built to last. Aeromotive delivers more flow than similar regulators
thanks to a custom, convoluted diaphragm that maximizes piston stroke
while minimizing stress. Every model uses a poppet designed specifically
for that regulator, and a diaphragm fabricated from a proprietary
elastomer material. The standard vacuum boost port delivers perfect
1:1 boost reference and makes these regulators ideal for turbo-charged
and supercharged engines.
A1000 Injected Bypass Regulator  For 1000 HP applications that require flexibility.
Intended for use with custom fuel rails, this true billet regulator was designed specifically for use with our A1000 Fuel Pump.
Base pressure (vacuum/boost disconnected) adjustable from 30 to 70 PSI.
Two -10 AN inlet ports, one -6 AN return port and 1/8" NPT gauge port
Beautifully finished with type II bright dip red and black anodized coatings.
Alcohol compatible.
Fuel Pressure will rise on a 1:1 ratio when referencing boost.

A1000 6 Injected Bypass Regulator  For high horsepower EFI applications where -6 AN fuel lines are used for supply and return.
The Aeromotive A1000-6 Injected Bypass Regulator was developed for high horsepower EFI applications. Compatible with the Aeromotive A1000 Fuel Pump, this regulator is a cousin to our widely-used A1000 Injected Bypass Regulator, delivering performance, long-life, and reliable operation.
Base pressure is adjustable from 30 to 70 PSI.
Alcohol compatible.
Provides two -6 AN ORB inlet ports and one -6 AN ORB return port.
Fuel pressure rises on a 1:1 ratio with boost.
1/8" NPT gauge port.
Beautifully finished with type II bright red and clear anodized coatings.

They are a direct bolt on for engines with the factory fuel rail or aftermarket rails designed for the stock regulator.
Aeromotive's Billet Honda/Acura regulator was designed with more than a hot look in mind, combining our proprietary spring and diaghragm designs with custom CNC machined billet components. These regulators offer:

Compact design fits small engine compartments while providing big performance, flows enough to handle 1,000 HP fuel pumps. Ideal for EFI systems where only one inlet is needed.
Adjustable from 30 to 70 PSI.
New design, equipped with removable -6 AN male fittings for inlet and outlet ports- eliminates the need to buy additional fittings and O-rings.
Dedicated, 1/8" NPT gauge port located opposite the side inlet.
Vacuum/boost port relocated to the side of the cap for easier pressure adjustments. Fuel pressure will rise on a 1:1 ratio when referencing boost.

Pro Series, Boost Reference EFI Regulator  For high horsepower EFI applications - the only regulator that can deliver enough flow to support 2000 HP.
If your EFI Engine requires high volume, high pressure fuel delivery, you need the Pro-Series Boost Reference EFI Regulator. Recommended for use with Aeromotive Eliminator Fuel Pump P/N 11104 and Pro-Series Fuel Pump P/N 11102.
References Vacuum/Boost on a 1:1 ratio. Includes two boost line adapters, one for rubber hose and barb, the other for -4 AN braided line, to prevent blow-off in high boost applications.
Adjustable base pressure from 30 to 60 PSI.
Aeromotive's exclusive fittings are included:
-three -8 AN and one -10 AN inlet ports, two with -8 flare adapters.

Bypass Regulator  Dual purpose, universal regulator for carbureted or EFI fuel systems in street or track applictaions. Base pressure adjustable from 3 to 20 PSI with standard spring (installed) or 20 to 60 PSI with high pressure spring (included). Ideal for carbureted and EFI bypass applications where more flow and superior pressure control are desired.
Developed for optimum compatibility with Aeromotive's Street / Strip (SS) Fuel Pump,this bypass style regulator is capable of handling any fuel pump up to 250 GPH. Replace "deadhead" regulator performance and experience the full flow volume and rock steady fuel pressure that ony a dynamic, Aeromotive bypass regulator can provide.
