All credit card orders can only be shipped to a verified billing address. Credit card orders will not be shipped until all information is verified and matched. You may also pay by cashier's check or money order (sorry, no personal checks). If paying by check/money order, just fill out your order online, then print it out and send your payment with the order to the address above. It's a good idea to email us to confirm the total before you send your payment by mail. Check/money orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. ***Prices are Subject to Change Without Notice.***

If you need faster service, email us to arrange air service. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping only available in the continental United States.***Additional shipping charges will apply to heavy or oversized items.***  
Damage ClaimsAll products are shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims. Make sure to get the name of the driver and have him sign off the package as damaged. Please file claim with the carrier the same day you receive the package from the carrier. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier and not Bonehead Performance. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials that you received with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. Please keep in mind that Bonehead Performance can not initiate any claims with the carrier. The customer that received the package must make the initial claim. The reason for this is because the carrier will want to inspect the package based on your claims. Bonehead Performance is not responsible for any package damage claim made by the customer if not filed with the carrier within 24 hours of (or next business day after) delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer and not Bonehead Performance to keep all paperwork related with the claim filed by the customer.ReturnsNew-in-box items may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment, excluding electrical and electronic parts, which MAY NOT BE RETURNED. All merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable package. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Email us and we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will refuse the shipment if it does not have an RMA number written on the outside of the box. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number and email address where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. It is the also the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims.***There will be absolutely no returns on special order items.*** WarrantyNo warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Bonehead Performance is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customers, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims. Bonehead Performance strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any) and cause injury or death.Note: All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are legal in the state of Pennsylvania for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Many federal and state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of these parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. |
